There’s something powerful about the fresh start of a new year. It’s a doorway, a clean slate, a moment that invites us to pause and ask: What would happen if I said YES a little more this year?

Not yes to overwhelm or pleasing everyone else. I mean yes to YOU. Yes to opportunities. Yes to growth. Yes to brave decisions, bolder moves and believing you are capable of more than you’ve allowed yourself to imagine.

So many women hold back without even realising it. We hesitate, overthink, worry about judgement, talk ourselves out of things before we’ve even begun. But what if 2026 is the year we stop letting fear take the lead?
