REAL BEAUTY AT BUTTERCRANE

real beauty campaign Newry

Buttercrane is celebrating autumn/winter with a focus on the Centre’s extensive beauty offering, unveiling a new campaign designed to showcase local models as ‘real’ beauty ambassadors.

The multimedia campaign which encompasses billboard, press and social media adverts, launches this week and puts local stars in the spotlight.

The new campaign features 60yr old Mary Loughran sales advisor from Boots, 45yr old Sarah O’Hare, part of the Centre’s security team, Kilkeel based blogger and mum, 32yr old Ivona Moore, 25yr old beauty advisor Akvile Augustyte from BPerfect and broadcaster and host Declan McConaghy, 63, from Newry.

Peter Murray said: “As a Centre, we’ve always tried to support local companies and suppliers. Throughout our history, we’ve employed local models in our fashion shows and social media content. So, when it came to planning this campaign, it made sense to make our customers became the stars, and it’s been really well received.

“Featuring local people makes the campaign and the centre very relatable to the thousands of local shoppers who support Buttercrane on a regular basis,” Peter adds.

Model Mary Loughran said the photoshoot was a wonderful experience: “I am delighted to be invited to be part of this local beauty campaign for Buttercrane, and fly the flag for the over 60s!”

The campaign creative was designed by ASG & Partners, the local ambassadors were recruited by Catherine McGinn of Mac Public Relations, Photography by Khara Pringle, Make Up by Paddy McGurgan and hair by Debbie McKibbon.
