WHO I AM

I’m Zara, freelance business manager and owner of Bossy Business Management and Consulting. I have over 15 years’ experience in management. From running a team within a large supermarket retailer to managing and leading a small business from marketing to recruitment. I also was the Business Manager for Water Babies Northern Ireland and finalist in Local Women Magazine North Down and Belfast Business of the Year. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with Public Relations, I share a huge passion for ensuring businesses are well equipped to deliver their goals.

I am a one stop shop for all their business needs whilst also specialising in marketing and content creation. To keep things real, I am also a mum and wife to my biggest cheerleaders and the best kind of support system I could ask for.
