BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH AT THE FITZWILLIAM HOTEL
The Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast, is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month by creating a pink themed afternoon tea with a percentage of the proceeds going towards breast cancer charities.
The Fitzwilliam’s exquisite afternoon tea has been given a pink makeover in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, explained Cian Landers, General Manager, Fitzwilliam Hotel.
Cian said: “As well as our savoury and sweet classics we are including a pink themed Jawbox gin cocktail that has been carefully crafted to accentuate the afternoon tea experience.
“For every guest joining us, £5 will be donated to Breast Cancer awareness, making your visit not just indulgent, but impactful too, as we help combat a disease that affects thousands of people.”
The Pink Afternoon Tea menu includes Five Mile Town Goats Cheese Bon Bon, Demitasse Soup of the Day, and Pork, Sage and Caramelised Onion Sausage Roll.
Cian continued: “Our team of dedicated chefs handpicked every one of the items on the menu. This includes savoury bites like Cajun Chicken, Sundried Tomato and Rocket on Brioche, Pastrami, Wholegrain Mustard Mayo and Gherkin Wrap and Egg and Onion Mayo on White Bread. And the sweetness comes in the form of delicate bites like Raspberry French Macarons, Berry Panna Cotta and Honeycomb, Red Velvet Sponge, Candied Hazelnut and Buttercream, and much more.”
