DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT WEEKEND?
My perfect weekend starts with a lie in until 8am followed by a relaxing shower and a cup of tea watching Saturday Kitchen on BBC. Then once that’s over getting the family together and a drive up the Antrim coast, stopping of at different areas for walks and a bite to eat then home in the pjs and watching an old-fashioned movie or doing a puzzle!
BUT WHAT IS YOUR ACTUAL WEEKEND LIKE?
Wake up at 5.30am every morning for a shower before Freddie wakes up then put the kettle on ready for the rest of the family to wake up. Breakfast watching Saturday Kitchen and a drive to different areas in Northern Ireland or across Ireland for a walk and lunch, then home to relax with a puzzle.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY?
My partner’s chicken curry fakeaway, or from the local Chinese – salt and chilli chicken, egg fried rice and curry sauce.

Currently reading Rupi Kaur’s collection of books, Milk and Honey, The Sun and Her Flowers, Home Body. The TV show I’m watching is the Umbrella Academy.
WHAT’S ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU’D GIVE TO A WOMAN JUGGLING MULTIPLE ROLES?
Always remember to find quiet time for yourself or find a hobby that relaxes your mind. All jobs don’t need to be completed in one day, life is too short to stress, make a list and slowly work on it throughout the year.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A BUSY WEEK AHEAD?
Make sure all clothes are washed, prepare the dinners for the week on a Sunday and what can be put in the car in advance I make sure it is there on Sunday night before bed.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT FOR THE MONTH AHEAD?
My partner and I started Latin and Ballroom dance classes a few weeks ago. I’m also looking forward to a family holiday and a girls holiday this year!
