Wedding

Please read and confirm that you agree with the following terms and conditions:

– Pictures can only be submitted by the Bride or the Groom, or by a wedding photographer with the permission of the Bride or Groom.

– You must have the written permission of your wedding photographer to run the pictures in our magazine. Email or text them to ask before you submit pictures. Your contract with your wedding photographer will require you to ask permission as he or she often retains copyright. Do not submit without permission. 

– Pictures must be full sized and not screenshots or similar.

– It is up to you to ensure that all family members or friends in your pictures are happy to be featured in the magazine. Sending us your pictures implies that they have consented to this.

– We can’t guarantee that every picture will be used as it is up to the graphic designer to see what fits best on the page.

–  The wedding feature in Local Women is free of charge and an advertising banner will run beneath your photographs.

– Your pictures may be featured on Local Women social media channels and on our website.

– Your pictures will be run in the Local Women edition that corresponds to the bride and groom’s home address. If you want it to go into other editions, let us know.
