Coleraine-based actress Chloe Freeman-Wallace tells Maibh Shiels why she can’t wait to get back on the stage with Ballywillan Drama Group.
hen Chloe Freeman-Wallace first saw the musical Kinky Boots in London, she knew she had to play leading lady
Lauren as soon as she got the chance. Now, as part of the Ballywillan Drama Group, Chloe is in her dream role, and says she can’t wait to be back onstage with the group that feels like a family.
Chloe, age 27, first performed with the North Coast group back in 2013, and a decade later is still going strong, even though this performance was scheduled for 2021, and had to be delayed due to the pandemic.
The actress says it’s been hard to wait so long to play the part she loves so much. She tells us: “Back in 2018 a lot of us from the group went to London, and we all went to see Kinky Boots.
