Finding Strength in Recovery

How online fitness coach Deea Neeson keeps her body and mind at their best with Recovery Zone at Galgorm.

Deea Neeson (26), an online fitness coach from Templepatrick, is a regular user of the Recovery Zone facilities at Galgorm. Recovery Zone was initially recommended to me by a friend and I have found their services invaluable in my business and personal life.

I have been training now for 10 years since the age of 16 and now have my own online coaching business. Previously, I would have gone for sea dips to aid recovery from gym sessions or injury but I became concerned by pollution levels and associated health issues.

I first tried the sauna and ice baths at RZ and was impressed by the private space they afforded, compared to public gyms.

Since then, I have been attending twice a month for various treatments. I have also introduced some of my online clients to Recovery Zone.

It is important stress RZ is not a gym but a recovery place for physio and injury relief.

Harry, the owner, is a trained masseuse and offers full body massage and sports massage.

I’ve had a few injuries treated, including a lower back problem, and have to say I am seeing and feeling results.

Come down and see for yourself is my advice.

Recovery is not a luxury. Without it, you cannot perform to your full physical and mental capacity. It also aids sleep.

If you are stuck in a rut, stressed and need an escape, RZ is the place to recover and relax.

I am glad I followed a recommendation to visit and would urge anyone in the same situation to come along and see what’s suitable for you!
